Under thermal vacuum, polymer composites are sucked accurately into the mold cavity, providing the material with a fine, profound surface structure of the highest quality.

CDM-TECH’s technology pushes the boundaries of conventional finishing processes, realizing the leap toward the principle of"shaping is texturing."Through negative pressure adsorption, micro-fine patterns are embossed deep into the material. Even under significant elongation, the deformation rate remains extremely low, granting components an absolutely precise and high-detail texture.
